About

Barule Group is a technology consulting and services firm specializing in complex hospitality and real estate environments. We partner with ownership groups, club management, operators, and development teams to plan, build, and operate mission-critical technology platforms across development, construction, and ongoing operations.

Our work spans private clubs, resorts and hospitality environments, real estate and land development, and ownership groups navigating acquisition, transition, or operational change. We bring a practical, operator-first mindset — focused on outcomes, reliability, security, and long-term scalability.

Barule Group operates as a leadership-led firm. Engagements are led by senior technology leadership and supported by a trusted network of domain experts assembled as needed for each client’s environment and phase of work. This model ensures clients receive experienced, hands-on leadership without the overhead or rigidity of a traditional firm.

Engagement Model

Barule Group leads engagements through senior technology leadership and assembles domain-specific expertise as required based on project scope, phase, and complexity. This model allows clients to access deep experience across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, development environments, and operational IT — without being locked into a rigid consulting structure.
